1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "abo77", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the abo77 online betting platform and its operators.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the abo77 services.
• "Platform" or "Services" refers to the abo77 website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming, betting, and ancillary services provided therein.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created by you upon registration with abo77.
• "Funds" refers to any monetary deposits, winnings, bonuses, or other credits held in your Account balance, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, deposit match, or other incentive provided by abo77 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register for and use abo77 services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. abo77 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with Indonesian age restrictions for gambling activities.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. By registering, you confirm that your use of abo77 services does not violate any applicable laws in your location.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any legal or contractual obligation, including but not limited to self-exclusion programs or court orders.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account suspension or termination.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide the following information during the registration process:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Valid email address
• Active mobile phone number (Indonesian +62 numbers preferred)
• Date of birth (to verify age eligibility)
• Residential address within Indonesia
• Secure password meeting our security requirements (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters)

Upon registration, you may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting copies of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, as well as proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months. KYC verification is mandatory before processing withdrawal requests.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with abo77. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using fictitious identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. abo77 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void bets placed from such accounts, and confiscate any funds or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts without prior notice.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify abo77 customer support immediately at [email protected]. abo77 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain proper security.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

abo77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets. Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 15 minutes, depending on the payment method and your financial institution's processing time. abo77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.

3.2 Source of Funds

You confirm that all Funds deposited into your abo77 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion. abo77 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of your Funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and funds confiscation in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

3.3 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Only the net winnings from bonus play (not the bonus amount itself) are eligible for withdrawal, unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 15 minutes to 24 hours for standard requests. Larger withdrawals (above Rp 10,000,000) may require additional verification and take up to 72 hours.

abo77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification or source-of-funds documentation before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be declined if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

3.4 Withdrawal Fees and Limits

abo77 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first two (2) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals within the same month may incur an administrative fee of 1% of the withdrawal amount (minimum Rp 10,000). Daily withdrawal limits are set at Rp 50,000,000; monthly limits are Rp 500,000,000. Higher limits may be available for VIP Account holders.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

abo77 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Eligibility criteria: Some bonuses are restricted to new users, specific deposit methods, or certain VIP tiers.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Game contributions vary—slots typically count 100%, table games 10-20%, and live casino 10%.
• Validity period: Bonuses expire after a specified number of days (typically 30 days) from the date of issuance. Unused bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiration.
• Maximum bet limits: While bonus wagering requirements are active, the maximum bet per spin or hand is Rp 50,000. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

abo77 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, collusion with other players, betting on opposite outcomes to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers. abo77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, and confiscate winnings if bonus abuse is detected. Repeat offenders will have their Accounts permanently closed.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the abo77 Platform are subject to the official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the specific market rules. Live in-play bets are settled based on the score at the time the bet is placed. abo77 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, adjust odds, or void bets if there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or technical errors.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of clear technical malfunction. In such cases, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harassing behavior toward other users or abo77 staff

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering

Violation of these rules may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

6. Responsible Gaming

abo77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable users. We encourage all users to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your Account settings.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a specified period.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic logout after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your Account for periods ranging from 1 month to indefinite.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abo77 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Technical failures, server downtime, or software malfunctions beyond our reasonable control
• Losses resulting from betting decisions or game outcomes
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment provider issues
• Any claims arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with abo77 services is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the abo77 Platform shall be resolved through the following process:

10. Account Termination

abo77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers
• Extended inactivity (no login or gameplay for 12 consecutive months)

Upon termination, any remaining Account balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending investigations. You may also voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

11. Amendments to Terms

abo77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.
